Jetting
The advanced equipment and resources offered by Future Industrial Services Ltd includes specialist plant which is capable of delivering water jetting from 2,400 psi up to 35,000 psi which is suitable for most applications, pipework and drain networks, even those remote from the point of access.
CCTV technology may be employed to survey the blockage or to assess the condition of the drainage system. Multi-head and spinning jet nozzles are used to effectively deal with a multitude of problems and blockages.
Grit Blasting
Grit blasting involves shooting abrasive particles at a surface is the fastest and most thorough means of achieving many objectives -- cleaning, de-scaling, de-burring, removing oxides and other surface contaminants.
The task may vary, from establishing a surface profile to promote adhesion to a specific type of paint or coating to be applied afterwards, to just maintaining the efficiency and life expectancy of the surface.
Future Industrial Services Ltd undertakes the whole process including selection of the most appropriate blasting media then employing grit and pressure blasting using U.H.P (Ultra High Pressure) Jetting followed by carrying out the subsequent coating or painting of the cleaned area on behalf of the customer or simply leaving the installation clean for continued use.
