The lads where praised by the engineers as it made it easier for them to carry out the work down the pit on Saturday morning.

Quality Process

Everything we do is underpinned by robust quality policies and processes.  Our Quality Management system (QMS), is based on the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001.  It covers essential details such as risk assessments, method statements and other procedures to enable all employees maintain the required standards.

The QMS undergoes continuous improvement.  It is reviewed and evaluated by all levels of management to ensure;

  • that the QMS is complied with
  • that it continues to be suitable and effective
  • that we maximise opportunities to improve the QMS
  • that we remain compliant with new legislation and guidance

Any concerns, "near misses", or incidences of non-conformance are always investigated thoroughly.


Proud Performance

Corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence of any non-conformance.  Preventative action is also planned to further improve the high-quality standards that we have become proud of.
